We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process orders, after the date of purchase. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

All domestic and international packages are shipped from New York via the United States Postal Service.

*Due to COVID-19 safeguarding policies, all of our masks are final sale. If you receive a mask and find that you are unhappy with it or require new parts such as drawstrings, please contact us at info@pilarmacchione.com. However, under certain circumstances, we will review a request for a refund or exchange. This must be done within 30 days upon purchase of the mask/product.

Additional Information

Please ensure to include contact details with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number of the original order. Pilar Macchione advises you to get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Pilar Macchione will make a refund of eligible returns. If you have paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to your account. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Pilar Macchione will NOT be held liable for any accrued returned Customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
